Training is hard, especially for the professional. Training to be a fighter, well that's a level of dedication, mental fortitude and gladiatorial physicality that few of us possess and cannot understand. I got to spend some time with John Robles recently as he trains for his next fight. There is a constant air of balance surrounding John. He easily jokes with the kids skating outside his gym, mentors his team mates, coldly calculates specific movements and then unleashes a raging ball of fury and power with his opponent. Truly impressive. Give him a follow and support his journey.
