The ocean is my first teacher, and everything I make is an attempt to answer her.

I chase her colors: the bruised green before a storm, the milk-blue of a windless dawn, the silver that shows up for about ninety seconds when the light hits just right. I study her textures: the scarred, salt-cured surface of a board that has seen a thousand sessions, and the way wind combs the water into something between skin and silk. Mostly I follow her moods, because she is never one thing. She is generous and indifferent, tender and ruthless, and often all of it before breakfast.

For as long as I can remember, a camera has been an extension of my being. For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated myself to capturing the world through its lens. I’ve journeyed alongside bands, delved into the stories of forgotten communities, immortalized my love for the ocean, and pursued the essence of wanderlust through the lens of travel. Each image I create is more than a snapshot—it’s a window into the emotions I felt in that fleeting moment, an invitation for others to share in the beauty and depth of those experiences. An endless pursuit of connection, perspective, and the art of seeing the extraordinary in the everyday.
